Wildix and Red Cactus announce strategic distribution partnership

Tallinn, Estonia / Goes, Netherlands — Wildix, a global leader in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), and Red Cactus, a leading CRM integration provider for telecom providers and resellers, today announced a strategic distribution partnership that brings real-time CRM and UC integration to thousands of businesses worldwide.
 
Through the agreement, Red Cactus’s Bubble software is now available across Wildix’s global network, giving partners seamless access to more than 200 CRM and ERP platforms.

The collaboration is built to support vertical-specific CRMs, from legal and real estate to veterinary care and education, ensuring integration adapts to industry workflows and delivers tangible value across markets.

The integration combines Wildix’s secure, AI‑powered UCaaS platform with Bubble’s real-time pop-up notifications and automatic logging, bringing communications directly into core workflows. Calls, customer interactions and logged activities can be captured in a single system designed to accelerate responses, reduce missed opportunities and generate actionable insights.
 
The companies also highlighted the role of Wildix’s Wilma AI, an embedded assistant that automates tasks such as call transcription, CRM updates and activity logging. Wilma AI is intended to ensure conversations are quickly converted into actions across systems.
