About Red Cactus

Years of hands-on experience in the telecom industry led to a strong conviction that the integration industry needed a major shake-up. That conviction led to the founding of Red Cactus in 2020. From day one, we chose a different approach, with a strong focus on user experience, security, GDPR compliance, documentation, continuous product development, and a partner-first mindset. Today, that vision has grown into a global network of more than 2,000 direct and indirect telecom partners.

At Red Cactus, we design our CRM integrations according to the security-by-design principle: secure, privacy-friendly, and future-proof from the ground up. Guided by that philosophy, we are building a generic standard for secure data processing and security. We don't follow the market; we've set a new standard that we hope other CRM integration providers will adopt, so the entire integration industry ultimately benefits.
