Partner Support Specialist
Red Cactus has grown into the global market leader in CRM integrations for the telecom industry in just a few years. That didn't happen by chance. What will you do?
You'll be in daily contact with our partners. One moment you'll be helping a partner with a technical question, the next you'll be giving an online demo or training session. You enjoy sharing knowledge just as much as learning something new yourself. You'll become part of a team that works closely together every day to support our partners. No two days are the same. You'll answer technical and functional questions, provide online demos and training sessions, help analyse technical challenges using a variety of tools including AI, keep our knowledge base up to date, and assist partners around the world through tickets, phone calls, Microsoft Teams meetings and other communication channels. The combination of technology and communication is what makes this role so enjoyable. This position sits right between our commercial team and our development team. You won't be developing software yourself, but you do enjoy understanding technical challenges, explaining complex topics in a clear way and effortlessly switching between partners and colleagues. You don't need to be an expert in CRM integrations. We'll teach you that. What's much more important to us is that you're curious, learn quickly, make connections easily and enjoy solving technical challenges. AI is a natural part of how we work. We don't expect you to know everything, but we do expect you to use our AI tools intelligently to help yourself and our partners become better every day.
Who are you?
You're curious, eager to learn and enjoy discovering new things. You like getting to the bottom of a challenge, quickly recognise patterns and enjoy working with partners. You also recognise yourself in the following:

You have an affinity with telecom, CRM or IT.

You have a good command of English. We work with partners all over the world. If you also speak German or French, you'll make quite a few colleagues and partners very happy.

Who are we?
Red Cactus was founded on the belief that the integration industry could and should be better. Since 2020, we've been building software that's now used by a global network of more than 2,000 direct and indirect telecom partners. We develop CRM integrations with a strong focus on user experience, security, GDPR compliance, documentation, automation and continuous product development. Security by design isn't a marketing term for us; it's the foundation of everything we build. We don't follow the market. We set the standard.
