Your event, our contribution

Do you have plans for an event that we would be a good fit for? We sponsor in a variety of ways - sometimes with a financial contribution, sometimes with content, and often in combination.

We now have a large network of resellers, distributors and technology partners worldwide, and that network continues to grow. Partly because of this, we now receive requests for event sponsorship on an almost weekly basis.

As you can understand, we therefore have to make choices, and on this page we have clearly outlined the conditions. This is so you can quickly see how we can contribute to your event, and you can immediately submit an application.

What fits (and what doesn't)?

Well: We like to join events focused on promoting CRM integrations, helping our partners achieve their goals. Think of partner events, knowledge sessions, webinars or other substantive initiatives where our technology can really make a difference. That's what excites us.

Not: Events that are mainly about brand sponsorship, where the name Red Cactus gets visibility in exchange for a financial contribution — we usually pass on those. The responsibility for marketing CRM integrations lies primarily with our resellers and distributors. They bring the solution to market under their own brand and decide which tools and events best support their strategy. For us, it’s not about brand visibility in itself, but about the impact we create through our partners. Events that put us in touch with their customers — at a cost — are generally less interesting to us, because that effectively makes us responsible for the sale. But by choosing to work with you, we’ve deliberately opted for the indirect channel, rather than serving those customers directly ourselves.

Self: To promote the Red Cactus name, we use our own channels and communication processes. In doing so, we reach the right target group in a way that fits well with our positioning - and that works for us.

Support and costs

Want to involve us as content support for an event or other activity? We are happy to help partners and distributors achieve their goals - for example, by speaking at events or contributing in other ways. Anything to make you even more successful.

As we mentioned before: we also expect our partners and distributors to actively promote our integration tool Bubble. Only together we can achieve real results.

Do you need extra support - besides what we're already doing together? Then we are certainly open to work together and think about how we can make a difference.

If your request fits within the conditions and the planning:

  • we do not charge for our efforts;

  • we invest our time to contribute to your success;

  • we cover our own travel and accommodation costs;

  • and thanks to our CRM integrations, your event gains relevant content — at no extra cost.

Making an impact together? These are the requirements

We sponsor events financially, with content or with a combination thereof. The following conditions apply:

Financial sponsorship:

For financial support we base ourselves on the average monthly turnover (invoice value at Red Cactus) over the past three consecutive months:

  1. Sales €1,000 - €5,000 per month. You will receive 5 free Bubble business licenses, meant to promote the CRM integrations extra during your event.

  2. Revenue > €5,000 per month. We contribute 30% of the average monthly turnover (see calculation above) with a maximum sponsorship contribution of €10,000.

Please note that financial sponsorship is also subject to the additional conditions as listed below for content commitment.

Content commitment:

For events where we contribute in the form of speakers, presentations or other commitment, the following conditions apply:

  • you can submit a maximum of 1 application per year;

  • cannot be combined with different price agreements;

  • the event must be focused on active promotion of CRM integrations;

  • the event must have a minimum reach of 50 prospects;

  • the date of the event must fit into our calendar (if we have to be physically present).
