The Bubble365 Chrome Plug-in and Bubble365 Edge Plug-in have received a significant update. They already offered many advantages over the widely used Bubble Desktop Pop-up by bringing telephony and CRM directly into the browser for a sleek, integrated experience, comparable to embedded CRM integrations. Until now, however, many users still chose the Desktop Pop-up simply because the browser plug-ins did not provide notifications for incoming calls. With the latest release, that’s a thing of the past.
New Feature: Incoming Call Notification
From now on, when a phone call comes in, a notification appears directly on your screen when you use the Bubble365 Chrome or Edge plug-in. This way you can immediately see the caller’s details, even if your browser is not in the foreground. From this notification you can, if desired, open your browser with the Bubble365 plug-in instantly displayed in the sidebar. Want to know more about the technical details? Enhanced Feature: SearchBar
The SearchBar in the Chrome and Edge plug-in has also received a major upgrade. This search function—allowing you to search all your CRM contacts in real time and perform actions such as making a phone call, sending a WhatsApp message, starting a Microsoft Teams chat, sending an email, opening the call history, or directly opening the contact record in your CRM—now features a completely refreshed, modern look and feel. This makes navigation and performing actions even simpler, clearer, and faster. To start using the updated SearchBar, you don’t need to do anything: the update is applied automatically.
