Send Diagnostics now also available in the Web Configurator

The familiar Send Diagnostics feature from Bubble Desktop is now also available in the Web Configurator. This enables Red Cactus partners to share the right diagnostic information with us even faster, whether they are using Bubble Desktop or Bubble Cloud.

Faster Problem Analysis

When a partner requires support, it is essential for our support team to have immediate access to the right technical information. The more complete this information is, the faster we can analyze the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

With the new Send Diagnostics feature built directly into the Web Configurator, this process becomes significantly easier. Partners simply add a short description of the issue and can choose to automatically upload the log files. This gives our support team immediate access to the relevant diagnostic information, without first having to request additional technical details.

Now Available in the Web Configurator

The feature has been available in Bubble Desktop for some time and is now fully integrated into the Web Configurator. As a result, partners can use the same functionality for both Bubble Desktop and Bubble Cloud from a single management environment.

This creates a more efficient support process, allowing our support engineers to start investigating issues immediately with the right information at hand, resulting in faster and more targeted support.
