We’ve added a new feature to the Bubble365 apps that makes handling call logs even more flexible.
From now on, in the Activity Hub, you can not only select from any matched results for a call log, but also search in real time across all your CRM contacts. This allows you to link the call log to one or multiple contacts, even if no match was found initially.
This means you are no longer dependent on automatic recognition alone. You have full control to assign a call log to the correct contact or contacts in your CRM.
The feature is available in Bubble365 apps where the CRM supports this functionality. In the marketplace and knowledge base, you can easily check if your CRM supports it by looking for the feature “Assign call log to search result”. If you see a green checkmark, this functionality is available to you.
