New for Autotask: AI Call Logging and SearchBar

The integration with Datto Autotask has been part of our platform for many years and can be combined with more than 100 telephony platforms. With the introduction of Bubble Version 5.1, we are significantly expanding this integration. In addition to the existing functionality, we now support Call Logging, including AI Call Transcription summaries (when available), as well as the SearchBar.

Call Logging with AI call transcription summaries

From Bubble Version 5.1, we support Call Logging for Datto Autotask. This allows call details and notes to be logged directly with the relevant contact in Autotask. An important addition is support for AI Call Transcription summaries. When the connected telephony platform or a third party generates AI Call Transcriptions and is compatible with Bubble, this information can be processed through the Activity Hub. The AI-generated summary is then logged in Datto Autotask together with the other call information.

As a result, users no longer need to manually write extensive call notes after a phone call. The key topics, agreements and follow-up actions are directly available in Autotask. This saves time, creates more complete call records and gives colleagues immediate insight into what was discussed during the conversation.

If AI Call Transcription is not available, Call Logging can of course also be used without AI to log call information and manually entered notes in Datto Autotask.

Now also with SearchBar

From Version 5.1, we also support our SearchBar for Datto Autotask. This gives you direct access to your Autotask contacts from the Bubble application you are using, without having to open the CRM first. This is available not only in Bubble Desktop, but also across our various Bubble365 Apps, such as the Bubble365 Mobile App and Bubble365 Teams App. Using the SearchBar, you can search for contacts in Autotask and perform available actions directly from the search results, such as opening the contact or starting a phone call.

With these additions, our existing Datto Autotask integration becomes even more complete from Bubble Version 5.1: your contacts directly at your fingertips, automatic call logging and AI Call Transcription summaries logged directly in Autotask.
