New: Activity Hub Overview widget

With the Activity Hub, users can process AI-generated call summaries from telephony platforms and push them to the CRM, among other things. But as a manager, how do you know whether users are actually processing these items? With our new Activity Hub Overview widget, Customer Admins now have greater insight into this.

Insight into open Activity Hub items

Users with the Customer Admin role can add the Activity Hub Overview widget to their dashboard in the Partner Portal. The widget provides an overview of all Bubble users within the organisation and shows how many items are still open in the Activity Hub for each user. It not only shows the total number of open items, but also how long these items have been waiting to be processed. This allows a Customer Admin to see at a glance whether users are actively keeping their Activity Hub up to date and take action where necessary.

Prevent important information from being missed in the CRM

This insight is important because items in the Activity Hub often consist of AI-generated call summaries that are waiting for user action before they can be pushed to the CRM. For example, a user may want to review the summary first, multiple contacts with the same phone number may have been found, or the correct contact may still need to be selected. If these items are not processed, the relevant call information will ultimately not be added to the CRM. In addition, items that remain in the Activity Hub for more than seven days are automatically removed. The Activity Hub Overview widget therefore allows managers to identify open items in time and remind users to process them where necessary.

Overview without access to the content

Of course, giving Customer Admins greater insight does not mean they also gain access to the content of individual users' Activity Hubs. The widget only shows how many items are open for each user and how old they are. The underlying items, such as AI-generated call summaries, cannot be opened or viewed from the widget. This gives managers the insight they need to monitor the use of the Activity Hub within their organisation, without giving them access to the content of individual calls.
