Monthly update November

Monthly update November. Every month we add new integrations, features and changes to existing integrations. The key points in release 4.58 are: 

New (and updated) Phone Connectors

• • Zoom phone connector added (technical release, but waiting for Zoom certification for the official go-live).
  • Dialpad can now send AI transcriptions to Activity Hub
  • Broadsoft, Telepo and the Universal Phone Connector now support DTMF.

Nieuwe (en geüpdate) Bubble365 applicaties

• • FasterForward renamed to eBlinqx.
  • Datev can now receive AI transcriptions from the Activity Hub.
  • Act! now supports multi-result
  • Act! added action buttons 'Open Contact', 'Open Company'.

Nieuwe (en geüpdate) CRM Integraties

• • DTMF is now added as new call control feature.
