HaloPSA: from gateway to full integration

The integration with HaloPSA has been part of our platform for many years and is compatible with more than 100 telephony platforms. Until now, however, this integration worked differently from most other CRM integrations within Bubble. Bubble used the telephony functionality provided by HaloPSA itself. In this setup, Bubble primarily acted as a gateway, ensuring that the correct telephony event, with the correct authentication, was delivered to HaloPSA in the right way.

This worked well, but it also had a limitation. Because the available functionality was ultimately determined by HaloPSA, users could not benefit from all the capabilities Bubble now offers. That is about to change.

From gateway to full Bubble integration

The existing integration will remain available and has been renamed HaloPSA (Gateway). In addition, we are introducing a completely new HaloPSA integration, with HaloPSA integrated directly into the Bubble platform. The big difference? With the new integration, you are no longer limited to the telephony functionality available through the HaloPSA Gateway. Instead, you get access to all Bubble features we support for HaloPSA.

AI call logging and transcriptions

One important addition is Call Logging, including support for AI Call Transcription summaries when available. When the connected telephony platform or a third-party solution generates AI Call Transcriptions and is compatible with Bubble, this information can be processed through our Activity Hub. The AI-generated summary can then be logged directly in HaloPSA together with the other call information.

This means users no longer have to manually write detailed call notes after a conversation. Important topics, agreements and follow-up actions can be made directly available in HaloPSA. Of course, Call Logging can also be used without AI Call Transcription.

HaloPSA available across the entire Bubble ecosystem

The new integration also means that HaloPSA is no longer limited to one specific way of working. The integration can be used with Bubble Desktop or one of our Bubble365 Apps. This allows you to combine HaloPSA with, for example, the Bubble365 Mobile App, Bubble365 Teams App and other Bubble365 Apps.

With the new HaloPSA integration, we are moving from a gateway to a full Bubble integration, providing access to the complete range of supported Bubble features.
