Call Control for Enreach UP and ISTRA

Great news for service providers and their customers using the Enreach UP and ISTRA telephony platform. From now on, Call Control functionality is available across all Bubble and Bubble365 applications.

What does Call Control mean in practice?

Call Control makes it possible to control your connected hardphone or softphone directly from Bubble. Functions such as initiating, answering, ending, attended and unattended call transfers, and placing calls on hold are all fully supported.

Seamless integration with Teams and CRM

This becomes especially powerful when using the Bubble365 Teams App or one of our other embedded CRM apps, such as those for HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Telephony becomes a fully integrated part of the business application users work in every day, eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications and creating more focus, clarity, and efficiency in daily workflows.

Availability and compatibility

The Call Control functionality for the Enreach UP and ISTRA platforms is compatible with all Bubble and Bubble365 applications starting from Bubble version 4.59.
