New: Xelion AI Summaries & Bubble365 App

It's an exciting week for Xelion! With the announcement of its acquisition by KPN, a new chapter begins for the Dutch telephony platform. At Red Cactus, we're not standing still either, and we have some great news for Xelion users. We're introducing support for AI Call Summaries and our new Bubble365 for Xelion App. Two major enhancements that take the integration between Xelion and Bubble to the next level!

AI Call Summaries now available for Xelion

From Xelion Version 9.8, we also support AI Call Summaries. This allows AI-generated call summaries from Xelion to be processed through our Activity Hub and pushed directly to the connected CRM. This makes it easy to log important discussion topics, agreements and follow-up actions with the correct contact in the CRM, without users having to write extensive call notes themselves. In our Knowledge Base, you'll find instructions explaining how to activate AI Call Summaries for Xelion.

New: Bubble365 for Xelion App

In addition to supporting AI Call Summaries, we're also introducing our new Bubble365 for Xelion App. Previously, users needed a separate Bubble application alongside the Xelion softphone. Now, Bubble is integrated directly into the Xelion softphone. This allows users to search their CRM contacts in real time, without having to switch between different applications.

During incoming and outgoing calls, the corresponding customer information from the CRM is also displayed immediately, and users can perform CRM-specific actions, such as opening a customer record.

Our Activity Hub is also available directly within the same app. Users can view and edit AI-generated call summaries and push them directly to the correct contact in their CRM. This brings all the important features together in one environment: the Xelion softphone.

The Bubble365 for Xelion App is now available for partners and customers to test and use. You'll also find a guide in our Knowledge Base covering the installation and configuration of this new app.
