New: Microsoft Teams button

We now have yet another extension to report on our newly introduced Microsoft Teams connector. As of now, it is also possible to start a Teams chat with the caller or a colleague directly from the pop-up notification or via the SearchBar. With our Microsoft Teams Direct Routing / Operator Connect connector it is possible to integrate with +200 CRM applications. For more information, click here for more information.
