New in the partner portal: the hierarchy tree

W e have added a new feature to the Red Cactus Partner Portal: the Hierarchy Tree. This new view gives distributors, resellers, and partners direct insight into the complete structure of their partner and customer network.

The Partner Portal supports a multi-layer partner structure. Partners can manage other partners, who in turn can have their own partners and customers. This structure can continue to expand indefinitely, making it easy to support even the most complex distribution and reseller models.

While this flexibility offers many advantages, maintaining a clear overview can become challenging over time, especially for distributors and resellers operating across multiple partner levels. With the introduction of the Hierarchy Tree, that challenge is now a thing of the past.

Complete Visibility into Your Partner Structure

The new Hierarchy Tree visualizes the entire hierarchy of partners and customers in a single, easy-to-understand view. At every level, both partners and end customers can be expanded, making it immediately clear how the structure is organized. This makes it much easier to gain insight into partner networks, customer relationships, and the overall structure of your environment.

Zoom In and Out for Maximum Visibility

Depending on the size of the environment, a hierarchy can consist of dozens or even hundreds of organizations. That's why the Hierarchy Tree includes built-in zoom functionality. You can easily zoom in and out to view both detailed information and the complete structure. This makes it possible to display even large partner hierarchies clearly on a single screen.

Direct Access to Partner and Customer Environments

In addition to providing visibility, the Hierarchy Tree has been designed to make daily management tasks more efficient. From within the tree structure, you can directly access the environment of a partner or customer. This eliminates the need to navigate through multiple menus or overview pages, allowing you to reach the desired organization much faster.

Where Can You Find the Hierarchy Tree?

The Hierarchy Tree is available immediately within the Red Cactus Partner Portal. After logging in, you can find this functionality under the Hierarchy Tree tab within My Account. From this overview, partners, resellers, and distributors can instantly gain insight into their complete partner and customer structure and easily navigate to underlying environments.
