Attention: Univerge Blue action required before September 1st

Because the Univerge Blue brand (with the exception of Japan and Australia) is transitioning to the name Elevate, users must take action before September 1st to continue using the Bubble integration tool.

This transition also involves changes to the API endpoints, which directly affects the connection between Bubble and the telephony platform. To make this as easy as possible for our Red Cactus partners — without requiring them to manually set up an entirely new configuration — we’ve simplified the update process significantly. The only action required is to update Bubble to at least version 3.53 before September 1st.

Starting from version 3.53, the API endpoints within Bubble are automatically redirected from Univerge Blue to Elevate. This means you don’t need to change any settings yourself — there's no need to select Elevate as the telephony platform in Bubble. The transition happens in the background, ensuring everything continues to work smoothly without additional steps.
