Now officially part of the Zoho Marketplace

After a careful process of technical validation, documentation, and security reviews, we’re proud to announce that our integration for Zoho CRM has now been officially listed in the Zoho Marketplace. The integration has been available for some time and is already used by many Zoho CRM users, but being included in the Marketplace means that our integration is now fully validated and approved by Zoho itself.
What Does This Mean?
Every app in the Zoho Marketplace undergoes an extensive review for quality, security, and performance. Zoho’s approval demonstrates that Bubble for Zoho CRM meets Zoho’s highest standards — a mark of quality that builds trust among both partners and end users.
Extra Benefits for Red Cactus Partners
Thanks to the official Marketplace status, Red Cactus partners can now serve their end customers with even greater confidence. Customers can immediately see that our integration has been validated by Zoho and is safe to use within their CRM environment.
Within the Red Cactus marketplace, we now offer more than 200 CRM integrations. Wherever possible, we participate in certification and validation programs from CRM vendors to ensure our integrations always meet the quality and security standards these platforms require. Many of our integrations are therefore also available through official marketplaces.
For Zoho users, this collaboration brings an additional advantage: we’re notified early about upcoming changes in Zoho APIs, allowing us to update our integration before those changes go live. This keeps our integrations stable and ensures end users enjoy a reliable experience — without any surprises.
The Power of Bubble in Zoho CRM
With Bubble, you can seamlessly connect Zoho CRM to more than 85 telephony platforms. During a call, a notification appears with all relevant customer information. From this notification, you can instantly take actions such as opening a contact record or viewing an account, contact, or lead. The content and buttons are fully customizable to match the preferences of the user, department, or organization, and when transferring a call, customer information is automatically passed along.
All calls are automatically logged in Zoho CRM, including an AI-generated summary when a transcript is available from the telephony platform or a third-party solution. Thanks to click-to-dial, you can also start a call directly from Zoho or your browser with a single click — fast, simple, and fully integrated.
