CarQall and Red Cactus announce technical partnership

CarQall’s Digital Assistant automatically manages incoming calls using advanced speech recognition. How the integration works

  1. CarQall handles the first part of the conversation

    The Digital Assistant answers the call, identifies the caller, and uses AI to determine the reason for the conversation. Relevant data is recorded, including customer and vehicle information, as well as the purpose of the call (for example, scheduling a service appointment or requesting a status update).

  2. The information automatically appears in Bubble

    When the Digital Assistant determines that an employee needs to take over the call, Bubble displays a notification with the enriched data from the CarQall platform. Staff members immediately see who is calling, which vehicles the caller owns, and why contact is being made—without having to consult multiple systems.

Because all information is visible the moment the call comes in, employees can skip general intake questions and respond directly to the caller’s needs. This shortens call duration and creates a more personal, “known customer” experience at every touchpoint.
