New features in the Partner Portal

By now, the average Red Cactus partner won’t be surprised by the pace at which we roll out new features — they’ve come to expect that from us.

What we do hope continues to surprise, however, are the features themselves. Within the Partner Portal, we’re constantly expanding and improving. This portal is the central hub where our partners — manually or automated via API — can manage, configure, maintain, operate, and invoice everything. With the latest updates, working in the Partner Portal has become even easier and more efficient.

New widget structure makes the homepage flexible

The homepage has undergone a major transformation. Until recently, it consisted of fixed content determined by us — but from now on, you decide what appears on your homepage, based on widgets. This applies to both Red Cactus partners and end users who log in.

The first step was implementing the new technology. The next step will be to expand the range of widgets in the near future, allowing everyone to tailor their environment even better to their own preferences and workflow. Adjusting your homepage is simple: just click the pencil icon in the top-right corner — the rest speaks for itself.

Partner Portal expands with multilingual support

Until recently, the Partner Portal was only available in English. Of course, it’s much nicer to work with a portal that’s available in your own language. That’s why we’ve significantly enhanced the underlying technology and infrastructure, making it possible to add new languages at lightning speed. The first step has been taken: alongside English, the portal is now fully available in Dutch.

Changing your language preference is easy — simply click on your preferred language at the bottom left of the navigation menu, and the portal will adjust instantly. More languages will follow soon, allowing partners around the world to use the portal in their own language.
