New features in the partner portal

Our API-driven partner portal is already unique and packed with features, but we continue to enhance it. We do this especially for our partners and distributors, giving them more tools to better support their customers and automate processes more efficiently. Over the past month, we’ve added several new features once again.

Changelog

We already had a changelog in the partner portal under "Software," where you could track all updates related to the integration tool Bubble. But good news: from now on, there’s also a changelog available with all new features and improvements we develop within the partner portal. This way, you’ll always stay up to date on everything we add to make your work even easier. You can easily open the changelog by clicking the version number at the bottom of the portal.

New filters, more convenience

Good news for everyone who likes to keep things organized: in the user overview (under My Account or within a customer's account), we’ve added new filtering options. From now on, you can quickly filter by activated licenses and by users’ permissions and roles. This makes it easier than ever to find exactly who you’re looking for in no time!

Resend welcome email

It was already possible to automatically send a welcome email with login instructions when creating a new user account. But now, you can resend that invite at any time. Perfect if a user later asks for their login details again. Just one click and you’re done!

Support tool now also available in the Partner Portal and Bubble365 Apps

You could already use our remote support tool in the Bubble Desktop Software, ideal when you needed help from our third-line support team. By activating the tool, we can temporarily view your screen and work more efficiently towards a solution. Good news: this handy support tool is now available in even more places. You’ll now find it in the Partner Portal (top right, under your account) and in all our Bubble365 apps. This allows us to support our partners faster and more effectively, and in turn, they can better support their end customers. Together, we solve it directly from the screen.

Remote Support

Easier accounting with UBL 2.0 in your inbox

At the end of each month, our partners and distributors receive their invoices as a PDF in their mailbox, as usual. What’s new is that we now also include a UBL 2.0 file, a digital invoice format that can be directly imported into your accounting software. It’s super convenient and fully ready for automated processing. You can easily activate this option yourself in the Partner Portal under "Billing" > "Payment Settings".
