Beta complete – Bubble Cloud is now truly available for everyone!

Good news! Starting in June, Bubble Cloud is available to everyone – right alongside Bubble Desktop! Why Bubble Cloud is unlike any other solution

After a year of intensive development and refinement – combined with valuable feedback from our beta partners – we've built a Bubble Cloud infrastructure that is not only powerful, but a true showpiece when it comes to data processing, making it truly one of a kind.

We don’t store copies of CRM data in our cloud environment and we don’t rely on data synchronization. Instead, everything is based on real-time communication directly with the CRM.
This ensures that customer data remains safely within the CRM application and is never stored elsewhere.

The result? Customers and partners retain full visibility into where their CRM data resides. No duplicate storage, no unnecessary data breach risks – just maximum security and complete control over privacy.

A robust infrastructure built for performance, compliance, and security

Our Bubble Cloud infrastructure runs on the powerful Microsoft Azure platform. But this is no massive, shared data pool. Each customer operates within a fully isolated and secure environment, with data and processes strictly separated from others – similar to the isolation and control of a private cloud.

We’ve spared no expense when it comes to resources, using only high-end performance servers. Here are some of the other key features of the Bubble Cloud infrastructure we use:

  • Encryption: Communication between the Bubble Cloud infrastructure and a CRM application is encrypted via HTTPS. Where possible, we apply dual SSL authentication. In addition, all data is encrypted using AES-256 – a powerful encryption standard considered quantum-resistant and compliant with military-grade security standards.
  • ISO Certification: The Bubble Cloud infrastructure utilizes various resources within the Azure platform that are certified with the following ISO standards:
    ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 27001:2022, ISO 27017:2015, ISO 27018:2019, and ISO 9001:2015.
  • Performance: Our redundant environment includes a powerful load balancing solution. During peak server loads, capacity is automatically scaled—either temporarily or permanently. This scaling occurs in two ways: horizontally (by adding more servers) and vertically (by allocating more resources per server).
    The result? A stable, high-speed environment that effortlessly grows with demand.
  • Geo Clusters: The Bubble Cloud infrastructure is built on geo clusters, meaning data can be processed and stored in locations that comply with local legal requirements. Additionally, this setup helps prevent latency issues—for example, if you're located outside Europe, your data won’t be routed through European servers, ensuring optimal performance regardless of your region. 
  • Security: We've developed an advanced process architecture in which each server is assigned to a specific process. This allows us to isolate processes more easily in the event of any incident or disruption.
  • Monitoring: Thanks to our separated process architecture, we can monitor every running activity with precision and detail. This enables us to respond quickly, optimize performance, and proactively prevent potential issues.

Broad Compatibility: CRMs and Telephony Platforms with Bubble Cloud

Just like with Bubble Desktop, nearly our entire portfolio of 200+ CRM integrations is also compatible with Bubble Cloud—aside from a few local exceptions. The same applies to the 85+ telephony platforms we support.

In our marketplace, each CRM integration is clearly labeled with icons indicating whether it’s compatible with Bubble Cloud, Desktop, or both. For telephony platforms, compatibility details can be found under the "Features" tab.

From Plug-in to API: These Are the Use Cases of Bubble Cloud

Whether your customer wants to combine Bubble Cloud with one of the Bubble365 browser plug-ins, an embedded app in the CRM, or a telephony platform — or if you prefer working directly with our API — Bubble makes it all possible.

Easy Management and Integration with the Bubble Cloud Web Configurator

With the launch of Bubble Cloud, we also introduced our brand-new web configurator. It allows you to manage and configure all Bubble Cloud settings easily and centrally via the partner portal – no local installation required.

For partners and developers, the web configurator is also available as an iframe, enabling seamless integration into your own portal or application. One environment, full control.

 

How to Order Bubble Cloud and Start a Free Trial

Bubble Cloud is now available to order via the partner portal – exactly the same way you're used to ordering the Bubble user license. Naturally, all necessary documentation has been added to the knowledge base.

Just like the user license, you can activate a free trial for Bubble Cloud: 30 days, up to 5 users. A great way to let your customer explore the benefits of cloud-based integration without any commitment.
