Partnership with BaseNet

This allows the BaseNet platform to interface with over 65+ telephony platforms.

Functionality

With integration tool Bubble, when a telephone call comes in, a notification appears immediately in BaseNet which gives many advantages. You immediately see who is calling and the caller's file is opened right away. Or use the automatic stopwatch so that every call minute is registered in BaseNet and can therefore be billed to the customer. Every call to a customer is recorded in BaseNet, so you never have to wonder whether a customer has called or not. And you can easily and quickly create a new document, send an email or schedule an appointment.

Compatibility

For lawyers who want to start using this integration, there is no need to switch to another telephony platform because integration tool Bubble from Red Cactus is compatible with most telephony systems. This makes the implementation and adoption process very easy.
