Videos embedded app series

We’ve launched two exciting new videos to support our partners in selling CRM integrations: Bubble365 for Salesforce and Bubble365 for Zendesk (including the Zendesk Talk edition!).

Bubble365
Some CRM applications take integration to the next level by enabling embedded apps, and Bubble fits perfectly into this approach. No more separate desktop pop-ups for incoming calls, but a fully integrated experience directly within the CRM itself. This is the next generation of embedded apps! All the powerful features of Bubble Desktop are seamlessly incorporated into the embedded app series, now known as Bubble365. 

Compatibility
The Bubble365 for Salesforce, Bubble365 for Zendesk, and Bubble365 for Zendesk Talk apps are compatible with 75+ telephony platforms. This means that, as long as your telephony platform is supported, you can easily control your hardphone, softphone, or other devices directly from your CRM. Bubble365 is not a softphone but should be seen as the remote control for the device you use to make calls. 

Future
Bubble365 for HubSpot is already available, and a video for it will be released soon. But that’s not all—more Bubble365 apps for other CRM systems are set to launch in the near future. The new product videos have been automatically added to both the marketplaces of Red Cactus partners and the Red Cactus Marketplace, which now features over 200 CRM integrations. 

Customer Data
When developing our applications, we adhere to the vision that customer data must be accessed responsibly. For us, there is only one way: real-time communication with the CRM, without storing customer data from the CRM outside the CRM application itself. This ensures that customers and partners maintain a clear overview of where their CRM data resides, eliminating the additional risk of a data breach. Unfortunately, this is not yet the standard in the world of integrations, as data is often synced to external storage sources outside the CRM. This gives a Red Cactus partner a significant competitive advantage with clients who prioritize careful and responsible handling of CRM data.
