Monthly update October

Monthly update October. Every month we add new integrations, features and changes to existing integrations. The key points in release 5.3 are: 

New (and updated) Phone Connectors

• • BiCom phone connector added.
  • Curo IP phone connector added.
  • Odido phone connector added.
  • 3CX (Server API) phone connector added.
  • 3CX (API) is now renamed to 3CX (Client API).
  • Renamed Cloud Communications to CloudEcho.
  • Telepo added parameters: '$telepo_attendant_group', '$telepo_queue_name'.
  • Dstny Core added parameters: '$dstny_core_attendant_group', '$dstny_core_queue_name'.
  • Elevate, Ascend, Univerge Blue Connect can now send AI transcription summaries to `Activity Hub`.

  • Tommy Bookingsupport CRM connector added.
  • MRI Housing CRM connector added.
  • Reapit added feature 'Push notification to AgencyCloud'.

General

• • Custom Action Button added feature 'Hide Application'.
