Good news for all Enreach partners and their end customers. From now on, the AI Call Transcripts generated with Shomi in Enreach Contact are fully compatible with the Activity Hub in all Bubble and Bubble365 apps. This allows AI transcriptions of phone calls – originating from Enreach – to be written directly to a contact’s activity timeline in the CRM. At launch, this functionality is already compatible with more than 65 CRM systems available in our marketplace.
After the call, the magic begins. Shomi, the personal AI assistant within Enreach Contact, uses AI to convert the audio call into a text summary. With a single click, you can push this transcript to the Activity Hub. From there, the call – depending on your settings – is pushed automatically or manually to the CRM. From the very start, the Activity Hub already supports automatically pushing AI transcriptions to more than 65 CRM systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce and Dynamics 365.. Want to know if your CRM supports this feature? Then check the service description in our marketplace or consult the technical manual in the knowledge base. Under the Functions tab, you can immediately see if Call logging (+AI transcription) is enabled. If so, the CRM is compatible. In addition, the Activity Hub is fully compatible with both Bubble Desktop and Bubble Cloud.
