Good news for Wildix partners and customers. As of today, all Bubble and Bubble365 apps support the processing of AI-generated call summaries from Wildix. This allows AI-generated summaries to be automatically added to the Activity Hub and linked to the correct contact or account within the CRM. With this enhancement, it becomes even easier to capture and manage important information from phone conversations, making it readily available to sales, service, and support teams. Thanks to Bubble’s extensive CRM integration capabilities, AI-generated summaries can now be processed directly within more than 70 CRM systems supported by Bubble.
How does it work?
After the phone call, the magic begins. Wildix generates an AI-powered text summary of the conversation. As soon as the summary is ready, it automatically appears in the Activity Hub. From there, the call can be logged to your CRM either automatically or manually, depending on your configuration. From the very start, the Activity Hub already supports automatically pushing AI transcriptions to more than 70 CRM systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce and Dynamics 365. Want to know if your CRM supports this feature? Then check the service description in our marketplace or consult the technical manual in the knowledge base. Under the Functions tab, you can immediately see if Call logging (+AI transcription) is enabled. If so, the CRM is compatible. In addition, the Activity Hub is fully compatible with both Bubble Desktop and Bubble Cloud.
