Webex Calling AI summaries now supported

Good news for Webex Calling users. Starting with Bubble version 4.64, all Bubble and Bubble365 applications now support the processing of AI-generated call summaries and action items from Webex Calling. These AI summaries can automatically be added to the Activity Hub and linked to the correct contact or account within your CRM. This enhancement makes it even easier to capture valuable information from phone conversations and make it available to sales, service, and support teams. Thanks to Bubble's extensive CRM support, AI-generated summaries can be processed directly within more than 70 CRM systems supported by Bubble.

How does it work?

When a call is made through Webex Calling and the AI functionality generates a summary and action items, Bubble can automatically retrieve this information through the Webex API and display it within the Bubble Activity Hub. From there, the call activity can be logged to the CRM automatically or manually, depending on your configuration settings. Important: Activation within Webex Calling is required

Support for AI Call Transcription Summaries is available starting from Bubble version 4.64. To use this functionality, AI Summaries and API access must first be enabled by Cisco for your Webex Calling tenant. Once enabled, Bubble can automatically retrieve and process AI-generated summaries and action items within the Activity Hub. Please contact Cisco or your telecom provider to have this functionality activated for your tenant.

Broad integration and compatibility for AI transcriptions

From the very start, the Activity Hub already supports automatically pushing AI transcriptions to more than 70 CRM systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce and Dynamics 365. Want to know if your CRM supports this feature? Then check the service description in our marketplace or consult the technical manual in the knowledge base. Under the Functions tab, you can immediately see if Call logging (+AI transcription) is enabled. If so, the CRM is compatible. In addition, the Activity Hub is fully compatible with both Bubble Desktop and Bubble Cloud.
