Phonero is now fully supported within Bubble and the Bubble365 Apps by Red Cactus. This means even more integration possibilities and maximum flexibility within your communication environment.

With the addition of Phonero, the complete integration portfolio of Red Cactus becomes available to users of this platform. This gives partners and end customers direct access to more than 200 CRM integrations.

Fully integrated

Thanks to the integration, relevant customer information is automatically displayed during incoming and outgoing calls. It is possible to connect one or multiple CRM systems simultaneously and fully configure notifications based on your preferences. From the notification overview, you can easily navigate to customer profiles, open orders, or other CRM functionalities. After each call, a call log is automatically added to the correct customer record. Any notes can be saved instantly, ensuring all information remains centralized and up to date. This results in a more efficient workflow without manual actions.

Secure and responsible handling of customer data

What makes this integration particularly valuable for Phonero users is the way we handle customer data. Our applications communicate with the CRM in real time. Customer data is not stored outside the CRM application or synchronized to external data sources. This means data remains exactly where it belongs: within the CRM itself.
