Real-time insight for faster support

With the latest addition to the Red Cactus partner portal, partners gain even more insight and therefore more possibilities to support their customers optimally. User statuses are now fully visible in real time, allowing support to be delivered faster, more accurately and with more context.

Good insight, but not quite enough

Previously, insight into user statuses was already available, but this information was refreshed periodically and the overview remained limited. Partners could see whether a user was online or offline, which software version was being used and when a user was last active. Useful, but not sufficient to respond immediately to real time situations.

More context at the right moment

That has now changed. In the user overview, partners can see in real time whether a user is working with Bubble Desktop or Bubble Cloud, which software version is active and which application and application version are being used. It is also immediately clear whether a user is logged in or out. This additional context makes it much easier to quickly identify issues and support customers effectively, exactly when it matters most.

A valuable addition to the partner portal

This new feature can be found in the partner portal, the central place for managing customers, software and licenses. As an addition to the existing support capabilities, it gives partners even more control when supporting their customers and makes the partner portal more powerful once again.
