With the introduction of Bubble Version 5, we have implemented many new features and improvements. One of them makes configuring CRM and telephony connectors much easier: the corresponding manuals can now be accessed directly from within the application.
Configuring Bubble through the Webconfigurator? You can now access the corresponding manual directly from each CRM and Phone Connector. Configuring Bubble Desktop locally through the new Bubble Desktop Version 5 application? The same functionality is available there as well.
With just one click, you can open the correct documentation for the connector you are currently configuring. A dropdown also allows you to easily choose the language in which you want to view the manual. This means there is no longer any need to visit our Knowledge Base separately, search for the correct connector and then select the right language.
Besides making configuration easier, this change offers another important benefit for our partners. The manuals are displayed directly within the application, rather than linking users to the Red Cactus Knowledge Base. For partners offering Bubble as a whitelabel solution, this means users remain within the same environment and Red Cactus is not unnecessarily exposed. This not only makes configuration faster and easier, but also provides an even better whitelabel experience. A relatively small change in the way you work, but one that makes the day-to-day configuration of Bubble much more convenient.
