Within the partner portal, it was already possible to fully personalize your homescreen using various widgets, giving you instant insight into the information that matters most to you. We are now adding a new widget to this: the Activity Hub widget.
The Activity Hub, known from Bubble and the Bubble365 apps, plays a central role in processing AI-generated call transcriptions. When a transcription cannot be automatically pushed to the CRM, for example because it is set to manual or because multiple possible contacts are found, you can easily assign it to one or more contacts or companies via the Activity Hub. This functionality was already available within Bubble and the Bubble365 apps and is now also directly accessible within the partner portal through the new widget. To add the Activity Hub widget to your homescreen, click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the partner portal. This will open the “Add widgets” section, where all available widgets are displayed. Select the desired widget to add it. You can then easily move and resize the widget using drag and drop, so it perfectly fits your dashboard.
