Monthly update March

Monthly update March. Every month we add new integrations, features and changes to existing integrations. The key points in release 3.38 are: 

• New (and updated) CRM Connectors
  • Pharmacom CRM connector added.
  • CarIT CRM connector added.
  • Exact Globe support added.
  • Odoo can now select default Helpdesk Team for ticket creation.
  • Realworks added option to enable forwarding internal calls.

  • WhatsApp button now supports a empty to field, so you can choose in WhatsApp itself where to send the message to.
  • Added new parameter external_number_national.
  • Custom Action Button / Open URI Automation Action now support 'Force open in browser'.
